The ownership of the server(s) will transfer to a customer according to the expiration of a contract. |

2 months usage charge must be pre-paid for a deposit.
(After the payment is confirmed, the installation will start.)
- This pre-paid amount will be deducted from the final 2 months usage charge. |

If this contract terminates for any reason prior to its full term, a customer has to pay 50% of residuary contract term's usage charge as the breach-of-contract damages. |

The installation fee will be charged per a server.(Non recurring charge) |

In case that a customer orders the option parts in the middle of a contract term,the payment will be charged next month following the pre-paid type charge. |
