In contrast with general web log analysis tools, eBrotherNet eCRM service captures user information. This is collected directly onto the database as user by user profile and behavioral information which accumulated over time. In other words, eBrotherNet collects pageview and visit information but knows who that belongs to, as well.

In most cases, anonymous vistors who are not logged-in members, account for majority of the website users. eBrotherNet also collects this information on a one on one level, so that it could be utilized by the marketer for marketing activites to convert them into members and/or customers.
