KIDC has separated dual cooling zones with HVAC, keeping temperature at 20~23 degrees Centigrade (68.0~73.4 Fahrenheit) and maintaining humidity of 40-50% in the server rooms 24/7.
HVAC ensures even distribution of regulated temperature on each floor. |

Cooling Tower |

Closed circuit type cooling tower with refrigeration supplement is to cool down heated cooling water by CRAC Units. Automatically operated by cooling water temperature senser signaling to keep the best conditions of server rooms.

STATIC UPS |
|
|
|
KIDC has redundant parallel UPS systems that provide a premium power supply to customer's equipment. In case of power failure of KEPCO, a total 12 sets of UPS(400kVA each) are capable of providing more than 1 hour battery backup while gas turbine starts automatically and takes UPS and other load wihtin 10 to 15 seconds. |

DYNAMIC UPS |

Premium power supplying system to each customer's servers without a break.
In normal operation, electric energy is stored. when the Mains has a short break, the energy saved is delivered to servers but in case of a long break, Diesel engine starts automatically and take the load with fuel more than 36 hour running capacity without refueling.
